Description
The CR3022 antibody we have produced is a well-known reagent whose sequence was identified by Yuan et al. from someone who recovered from the first SARS in around 2002. This antibody recognises an epitope within the corona virus receptor binding domain and binds a cross reactive epitope also present in the novel coronavirus. CR3022 works well in ELISA and western blot applications. It is available with a Human or Rabbit Fc region backbone and in 100ug or 1mg amounts.

Notes: Two bands of approximately 55 kDa and 30 kDa can be observed corresponding to the heavy and light chains, respectively. The protein runs at a higher molecular weight due to glycosylation.
